Horrible customer service. Okay so everything was great. Abby did my skin at first then Evelyn. They were both really really sweet and nice to me at first. BUT then a misunderstanding occurred. Abby added a RM 120 !!! To my free trial and did not have me consent to it. I WAS PISSED. VERY PISSED. OBVIOUSLY I DIDNT END UP PAYING IT. THEN EVELYN ASKED ME TO PAY 68 RM for eye treatment since they alrd opened receipt. KEEP IN MIND I WAS BEING SUPER NICE. I said I wasn’t aware and THIS ISNT MY FAULT. I was literally shaking as I didn’t wanna be charged for something I didn’t want in the first place. Then I told if I could speak to anyone in HQ and then Evelyn went out to speak to a few people. A woman literally slammed the cupboard door from what I heard. And Evelyn sounded frustrated as if it was my fault. And she came in the room and said ‘ok that’s all facial done u can leave’ in the most ridiculous rude intonation. Whatever it is please have the brain to treat your customers who want to try your service right. Have the dignity and moral as someone who serves the customers. Then a lady in a blazer was just staring at me while I walked out. All with the most SOUR FACES. A nice facial IS NOT WORTH ALL THIS DRAMA. I’m a person with education, respect and dignity so obviously I said thank you and smile. Hope some employees there learn to have some too. Look at the switch up. From being so nice and welcoming to then being rude and showing customer frustration for something that’s not their fault. Literal BULLIES. If anyone timid was at my position they’d just pay for it because of the way Evelyn spoke. Crazy. Ofc they were unhappy as they are not gaining anything from this. I’m glad they didn’t show their gangster rough arrogant side or else things would’ve gotten out of hand. pls hire employees who handle problems maturely and if your so called employees aren’t happy treating customers THEN DONG PROMOTE ANY FREE TRIAL. AS SOMEONE WHO WANTED A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THIS IS HORRIBLE. Please teach certain employees of yours the importance of treating customers right and not being rude and showing a long face if there’s any issues. Basic customer service knowledge btw. Sad that they lack that. oh yes and ask for customers consent before adding anything on.
