They have ruined my face on 8th September 2024 and they invite me for the normal soothing treatment while at it they keep trying their ways to put the blame on my hormone, my own products that I have been using many years (Very super uncomfortable). My face has been ruined all thanks to their harsh extract that giving me free unwanted scars and pimple growing due to their hygienic/product issues.It has been a new month, they still never initiative themselves about my case . I need to ask how is the case under review, then today 2/10/2024 between 10.53am to 12.54pm, they do not provide me the solution I ask for and they still requesting me to give them time to review my case again.How can an entity like them be so cruel and look harmless.My face still haven't resolved and they still asking me to sign new package.For now, I will give them another week if not I will put file a formal complaint and put it into social mediaFor photos I don't want to put my ugly face for what they have done to my faceI hope they either can refund to me back or place all my remaining to the continue neck treatment insteadread more

Skills was good, have no complaints of that.But the treatment time was one shorter than another.... They promised 1 and half hour but ended within 45mins, another treatment of 45mins ended in 20mins. Losing confidence with their promises. Doesn't relax in time before they end the treatment. Chances was given again and again, they just doesn't earn it.read more
