Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee for West Malaysia is RM 8.00, East Malaysia is RM 15.00
Free Shipping is available for orders above RM 200.00 to Malaysia only.

We can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to p.o. box address. At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

~ Shipping period depends on the selected areas. Please track your parcel on Aramex and TNT website.

Delivery lead times are as follows:
– West Malaysia : 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
– East Malaysia : 2 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.

– Due to time-consuming and complicated return procedure of overseas parcel, we do not provide return service to overseas members. Before making your payment, please make sure that your color and size are accurate when placing an order. We appreciate your understanding. Finishing your order indicates that you agree with our policy.

Refund & Exchange Policy

~Please be informed that exchanges are not allowed if the price difference is more than 20%.
~Please return your item(s) within 7 days with product is seal and in good condition.
